Delivery Areas

We deliver primarily to metropolitan areas in the following cities:

  • Sydney
  • Melbourne
  • Brisbane
  • Perth
  • Adelaide

Deliveries to Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that delivery fees for these areas are typically higher due to distance. Contact us for a quote.

Pickup from Depot

We offer depot pickup for certain types of pallets. This can be a cost-effective option if you have your own transport. Please enquire with our team to confirm which pallet types are available for pickup and to arrange collection.

Shipping Methods

We deliver pallets using trucks or utes (utility vehicles), depending on order size and requirements. All deliveries are handled by our trusted third-party courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on stock availability. We endeavour to dispatch pallets on the same day they are ready; however, standard courier services may occasionally experience delays.

For time-sensitive deliveries within the metro area, we offer an express service for an additional $100 + GST, subject to stock availability. This helps ensure your order arrives on the requested day.

Delivery Requirements

Site Access

Your delivery site must have suitable access for our vehicles:

  • Standard delivery: Access for trucks up to 14 tonnes (approximately 840 × 240 × 200 cm)
  • Semi-trailer delivery: If you require a semi-trailer, please request this when placing your order. Semi-trailers require access for vehicles up to approximately 1320 × 240 × 200 cm

Some locations have specific access requirements. Please advise us of any restrictions (e.g. narrow driveways, height limits, time-of-day restrictions) when requesting a quote.

Unloading

You must have one of the following available for unloading:

  • Forklift and operator
  • Labourers to unload by hand (only applicable for orders of 20 pallets)
  • Tail-lift truck – available for an additional fee (please enquire)

Freight Costs

Freight costs vary based on:

  • Delivery location (metro vs. regional)
  • Order size and weight
  • Vehicle type required
  • Express vs. standard service

Order Processing

  • We aim to dispatch pallets on the day they are ready
  • An initial deposit is required to confirm your order
  • Quotes are valid for 48 hours, subject to stock availability
  • Subsequent orders are due within 7 days unless alternate terms are approved

Wait Time & Cancellations

  • Free wait time: 40 minutes at your delivery site
  • Additional wait time: $60 + GST per hour, charged in 5-minute increments
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 hours of delivery will incur a $100 + GST truck futile fee

Please ensure someone is available to receive and unload your order to avoid unnecessary wait time charges.

Delivery Issues & Liability

We use third-party couriers for all pickups and deliveries. Any loss or damage caused by the courier during delivery is the courier’s responsibility. Top Pallets is not liable for loss or damage incurred during delivery.

For damaged or incorrect pallets, please submit a claim in writing with photo evidence within 7 days of the invoice date for assessment. We will arrange a replacement or refund/credit where applicable.
